Aspiring DJs and pros alike will appreciate DJIT’s updates to its Edjing app for iOS and Android devices last month, which brought in new features as well as some design tweaks to make it easier to use. To make it easier to create tracks, the UI revamp brings settings like Pitch, FXm, Sync and EQ to the fore. There’s also now the option to personalize your audio effects, and quicker access to Deezer and SoundCloud’s libraries totaling more than 50 million tracks, as well as a few other changes to sharing.

This is a great alternative to Djay’s paid app. Also, it’s available on iOS and Android

2. Auto Memory Cleaner

AppDay Sunday

Does your Android device have memory problems? Here, try Auto Memory Cleaner.

This is an application that cleans redundant stuff from your memory to boost your device’s speed and performance. What makes the difference here is that your running processes and their tasks are merely restarted, not killed off. This is supposed to be more effective and device-friendly than your typical task killer or memory cleaner. This method also prevents memory overflow and boosts the speed of your device

Price: Free

3.Ginger Keyboard

AppDay Sunday

f you frequently find yourself having to make a to-do list from a text message or wanting to add a calendar entry, you can now create a shortcut and get it done in a few quick presses no matter which app you are using. Dubbed the Smart Bar, the feature allows you to add commonly used apps (like messaging, calendars, Evernote, Todoist, Keep, Slack, WhatsApp and more) to the bar at the top of your keyboard, thereby allowing you to quickly carry out certain functions.

The new feature for Android devices is joined by support for emoji art and animated gifs, and Ginger says it will be rolling out a number of other “in-keyboard, on-demand productivity and entertainment features” in future too.

Another offering towards music fans on Android, Pulsar Player seems to have it all – it’s intuitive, lightweight, and as fully featured as most serious music players out there. Pulsar features a pretty user interface in material design style and animations. It generates “smart playlists” with your most played, recently played, and newly added songs.

Music gets sorted by album, artist, folder, and genre. Missing artist and album images are sync’s automatically, and a fast search function lets you navigate through all the albums, artists, and songs you have stored on your device.

5. Duplicate Photo Fixer

AppDay Sunday

Duplicate Photos Fixer is an innovative space saver that’s especially useful for people with 16GB iPhones, which can fill up rather quickly if you’re not careful. The free app will scan your smartphone automatically, locating duplicate photos and even images that just look quite similar.

No matter how they got there, Duplicate Photos Fixer will find and list these dupes. Before moving ahead with your anti-clutter campaign and deleting photos, you can view the individual images to make sure you don’t toss out something you want. This process is made even easier thanks to the app’s preview feature.
