Samsung has sent out media invites for a launch event in New Delhi on September 7, where it is likely to launch the flagship Galaxy Note 5.

The invites comes with a tagline, “witness the most powerful and dynamic Galaxy yet,” which is a clear indication that Samsung is launching the Galaxy Note 5.

This will be Samsung’s second Major release in India after Galaxy S6 Edge+. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 flaunts a 5.7-inch super AMOLED QHD (2560x1440p) display and houses the company’s proprietary Exynos 7420 SoC (System on Chip) backed by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB inbuilt storage options and a 3,000 mAh battery.

The Note5 ergonomically fits in one hand with a narrower bezel and curved back. The flat screen and the curved shape makes it easier to use the phone with one hand, as per the company.

According to Samsung, the newly-designed Galaxy Note5 provides a new set of productivity tools such as SideSync, along with a much-refined fifth-generation S Pen capabilities for better multitasking. There’s so much to look out for, and more importantly the price.

While there is no word on the pricing, it is expected that Galaxy Note5 will be priced above Rs 55,000. As the curved screen phablet was unveiled in India within a week of its global showcasing, priced at Rs 57,900.
