Asus showed us the Zenfone GO at its ZenFestival, but didn’t say anything about its pricing and availability. Well, today the company has officially launched the Zenfone GO in India priced at Rs. 7999.
Today the company has launched the smartphone in the country. The Zenfone Go packs a 5-inch HD display, is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has dual SIM support, but sadly it has only 3G connectivity and lacks 4G LTE support.
If we talk about the design and looks of the device, its like Asus just replaced the Intel internals of the original Zenfone 5 with MediaTek and repackaged it as the Zenfone GO. Right from the placement of the buttons, to the overall design is what we have already seen with previous Zenfone iterations. Exactly same as the Zenfone 5
